The food menu was designed as a table mat to add an additional detail to the dining experience. Since each dish was inspired from a specific region in India, we added the particular state abbreviations before each dish to convey the diversity of the food menu.

The Big Canteen Brunch was introduced as a weekend experience at The Bombay Canteen. Inspired by the regional Indian breakfast dishes, it was a tribute to India’s grandest AM feats.

The intention was to transform the entire restaurant experience every weekend and hence we targeted every medium, including space communication, digital call outs and table experiences.

The larger idea was to depict abundance, whether its with the table full of plates, stacked glasses or punch carts striding through the restaurant.
